Who We Are

Hiringgray Tree Service is a referral service. We help homeowners in Tarpon Springs and the Tarpon Springs area reach independent tree providers. We do not cut, haul or grind anything ourselves. The provider you speak with does the work, sets the price and runs the job.

Why This Site Exists

A lot of people think tree work is simple: pick a name, get a number, done. In practice, a tree beside a 1970s block home with an aging roof is a different job from a tree in an open lot. Past repairs, patched flashing and worn fascia can hide weak spots. Roots may sit close to slabs, pipes and drains.

How Providers Are Matched

You tell us what you need. Request an estimate online, or request a callback to check provider availability. We pass the basics to a provider in our network who works in your area and handles that kind of job. That might be Residential Tree Removal, Emergency Tree Removal or Residential Stump Grinding.

The provider then reaches out, asks about the tree and sets up a visit when needed. Availability varies by provider and by season. Storm season can be busy, so some waiting is normal.

What We Expect From Providers

We ask providers in our network to:

• Look before cutting, and explain the plan in plain words
• Give a written quote before work starts
• Respect roofs, fences, pools and power lines
• Say clearly what the price includes, such as hauling and cleanup
• Handle their own licenses and insurance where local rules require them

What We Do Not Do

• We do not do tree work of any kind.
• We do not set provider prices.
• We do not promise a specific arrival time.
• We do not decide insurance claims. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

Hiringgray Tree Service does not charge you to request an estimate. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. That arrangement does not change your quote, and you pay the provider directly for the work. You are never required to hire the first provider who contacts you.
