Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use hiringgray.living and the referral service Hiringgray Tree Service offers through it. By browsing the website, calling the number shown on it or sending a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Hiringgray Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. It connects homeowners with independent tree removal providers. Hiringgray Tree Service does not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm debris. It is also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are matched with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, schedules, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and behavior. Hiringgray Tree Service does not employ, supervise or control them, and it makes no promises about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is for general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer or financial adviser. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it runs or try to get in without permission.

Contact by Phone, Text or Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that Hiringgray Tree Service and the provider it connects you with may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. To stop the contact at any time, email contact@hiringgray.living.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this website belong to Hiringgray Tree Service or its licensors. Do not copy them or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Liability

As far as the law allows, Hiringgray Tree Service is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services or from an agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

These terms may be updated at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new version.
